"We decided that our company needed to offer “full service renovations” so we decided to undertake a renovation where we did construction, flooring, electrical, plumbing and of course cabinet installation (which is previously the only service we offered).
We took out an old “honey oak” kitchen and removed a wall and renovation began. It took about 3 months from start to finish but have completely transformed a typically 90’s builder kitchen into some truly custom and beautiful.

The office staff are all extremely helpful, and even catch my mistakes on ordering and call me to make sure that I’m not making mistakes on purpose. That is just one of the several indicators that you have staff who care about the people they interact with. They also put up with me teasing them every day which requires the patience of a saint.
On the production side, the team in the back always have orders shipped to us clearly labelled and organized. I rarely have issues with sizing, and the miters are excellent.

"Thank you for always being there for us. There have been multiple times that you have driven in to Medicine Hat with some items that we needed right away to complete a project on time. A specific example… a job for a new home with many cabinets placed into the home. The 5 piece cabinet doors started to shrink showing an unfinished line between the panel and the frame. Cutting Edge was on board with repairing them. When it happened a second time, we all knew there had to be another reason for the shrinkage. We went out to the clients home and took a humidity reading, it was a little dry in the home and also the shrinkage was happening in the winter. This led us to believe that the doors would expand in the summer. We were so impressed that Cutting Edge took the time to go and visit the client. We know that both our company and our client have been grateful for this help in maintaining customer relations."

The delivery company couldn't make it happen, so Cutting Edge brought it right to our door without question, and for free, even though it is 5 hours away.
